AI agents move from assistants on the side to teammates at the heart of marketing execution. Ibexa's new platform connects the marketing stack, embeds agents into the flow of work, and takes campaigns from brief to execution.

How AI multiplied complexity for Marketing Teams
AI promised to make marketing easier. Instead, two things broke at once. Outside the organisation, AI is reshaping how people discover and choose, so the funnel marketing teams built their plans and attribution around no longer describes the journey anyone actually takes. Inside the organisation, the stack kept growing, dozens of tools each bought to solve one problem and now collectively creating a bigger one. Every tool got a copilot, genuinely useful inside its own four walls, but none of them can see across the stack or hold shared context.
The result is a job that has got harder to trust, harder to run, and more urgent to prove, with more tools, more logins, more budget concerns, and more coordination than before.
Ibexa's answer offers more than another tool. It's a new way of running marketing: agentic marketing.
Introducing the Ibexa Agentic Marketing Platform
Unlike general-purpose AI assistants that answer questions, Ibexa's agents take action directly inside the tools marketing teams already use: pulling data, drafting and translating content, publishing pages, adjusting campaigns. The Ibexa Agentic Marketing Platform gives marketers a single place to run these agents across their stack, connecting to 200+ everyday marketing tools with no stack to rebuild and no multi-quarter AI programme to launch first. It's model-agnostic, letting marketers choose the large language model, or LLM, that fits the AI usage guidelines their organisation has already set, so they stay current and compliant without being locked in.
Every agent is led by the business's own context: brand guidelines, tone of voice, target customers, and positioning, so outputs are unique to the team using them rather than generic. And unlike general purpose AI tools built for any use case, every agent on the platform is purpose-built for marketing, trained on marketing processes and constrained by the guardrails a team sets. Marketers aren't starting from zero either: they can begin with pre-built agents or create their own, and stay in control of exactly when they want to be in the loop.
This translates into clear results: marketers are able to bring campaigns and other marketing activities to life quicker. A product landing page comes together in 15 to 30 minutes instead of two to five days. Localisation happens in minutes rather than days plus agency lead times.
In practical terms, a marketer might ask an agent to launch a campaign for a new market. The agent pulls the right audience, drafts the content, adapts it to each language and channel, and puts it live, all inside the guardrails the team has already set. The marketer reviews the outcome rather than each individual step.
Introducing the Agentic Marketer
This shift doesn't just change the tools marketers use. It changes the job itself, and the skill set it now takes to stay ahead of it.
An Agentic Marketer orchestrates a team of agents rather than working through a queue of tasks. They set the outcome, manage the work across the marketing operation, and supply the judgement agents cannot: what the brand should sound like, what is worth making, and what good looks like. Agents carry the execution. The marketer remains the author of the work.
This is not a smaller job than the one marketers have today. It's a bigger one, focused on the parts of the work only a person can do. Becoming an Agentic Marketer is what keeps a marketer future-proof as agents take on more of the operational load, and the Ibexa Agentic Marketing Platform is built to make that shift possible: giving marketers shared context across their stack, agents that complete work rather than merely suggest it, and the control to decide exactly where their judgement is needed most.
With the operational load carried by agents, marketers get their time back for the work only they can do: thinking creatively, setting strategy, and building the brand uniqueness that drives company growth.
"Just as Inbound Marketing became the skill set synonymous with building your own leads, we believe Agentic Marketing will become the skill set marketers need to master next," says Bertrand Maugain, CEO of Ibexa. "This platform is how we help marketers get there."
Built on European values, openness, and trust
The Ibexa Agentic Marketing Platform is European-built, with governance at its very foundation. Marketers set the guardrails each agent works within, and oversee the tasks the AI agents complete for them across content, emails, recommendations, gamification campaigns, and all other key marketing activities. Agents execute; humans decide. Every execution is visible, attributable to the identity and permissions of the user who launched it, and accountable to a budget.
"Control and governance belong in the hands of the people doing the work, not least when it comes to data activation and AI," says Bertrand Maugain. "That's the European way, and it's why this platform is built to let marketers choose their own LLM and gain full insight into what every agent does."
That choice extends to custom, private and European models: customers can connect the model they trust while the platform, the context, and the workflows remain theirs. Your platform is yours. Your model choice remains yours.
"For the first time, marketers can bring AI agents directly into the flow of their work and ask them to take a campaign from idea to execution," says Grégory Becue, Chief Product Officer at Ibexa. "The value is immediate: agents work across the tools teams already use, removing repetitive coordination and giving marketers more time to focus on creativity, strategy and growth."
"We want marketers to love working with agents," ... "Every marketer deserves opportunities to stay creative, be strategic, and drive growth while AI handles the repetitive tasks. We are very excited to support the Agentic Marketer."
said Bertrand Maugain.
What's Next
The Ibexa Agentic Marketing Platform releases its beta version today, giving a limited group of customers early access to shape the platform ahead of General Availability. Interest in participating in the Early Adopters Programme has run well ahead of the places set aside, indicating strong interest from marketing teams in better leveraging AI and agentic capabilities. Marketers can also request a demo of the Platform starting today. On 12 January 2027, the Ibexa Agentic Marketing Platform will reach General Availability, opening the invitation for every marketer to become an Agentic Marketer.
About Ibexa
Ibexa offers the Agentic Marketing Platform for modern marketing teams: a European platform where AI agents work alongside marketers to plan, build, and optimise customer journeys end to end. Marketing teams use Ibexa to unify data, content, and channels into consistent, high-performing experiences, with agentic AI taking on the repetitive work of monitoring performance and adjusting campaigns automatically.
The platform runs on any martech stack a team already has. For teams on the Ibexa stack, the connection goes deeper: native integrations mean agents and actions can be activated directly inside Actito Agentic CEP, Cohesivo Agentic CMS, Raptor Agentic CDP, Quable Agentic PIM, and Qualifio Agentic Data Collection Platform, without leaving the product they're already working in.
Compliance sits at the heart of the platform, not bolted on afterwards. Every agent operates within the guardrails a team sets, with GDPR and data protection standards built into how agents access and act on customer data. With a strong partner ecosystem, deep European roots, and a focus on governance and trust, Ibexa gives marketing teams a flexible, future-proof way to run digital marketing at scale.
Ibexa serves more than 1,000 customers through a unified organisation of over 350 Europe-based employees, including more than 150 engineers. In 2025, the group set up a dedicated AI Lab to build agentic capabilities, growing to more than 30 specialists in 2026.
